Check out some Girl Scout sites. They are notorious for using waste to make craft projects! lol! I know at Girl Scout Day Camp, the leaders ask the kids to bring in toilet paper rolls, paper towel rolls and all kinds of leftover crafts so that they can make things during that week. Well, you can actually make use of old newspapers to make baskets.. Just roll the newspapers thinly and use them to weave your baskets.. You can paint and varnish them after you're done with your basket-weaving.. Good Luck..

Yeah, ther are lots of thing you can make out of waste things. of course you are going to have oto have other things too. Most of the things I do are for sale. i wouldn't use waste for that.You could use material for lot of things. and the beads fo that much too. If you are good in sewing, you good make things out of the material.Example use materil to make curtains. Just measure and sew the edges with a hiym. Decorated it with the beads and use th paper to stuff it to have a ballon look.

there are alot of websites out there with great recycling craft projects and you can definately sell some of them. I know there's people that take scrap metal and make cool lawn ornaments ans sell them for quite a bit at the craft shows.
