I always try to rate every post I come across, and I think my friends reciprocate my effort too, that is the reason why I have a better star rating. So I would also suggest everyone to follow the same, always use the +/- and also the "best response" feature to its best extend.

so long no one ever did give me any rating on my posts, i don't know what happened even i post a quality post till not good enough!!!!
