I like to listen ballads with acoustic guitar when I want to have a time for relax. I love the acoustic sound if it's well done.

Mushy, alternative rock, rhythm and blues, pop, and country songs are my personal choices. of course, it varies from person to person. But based on my experience, spiritual music really make us relax and forget our hardships in life. It lets you reflect on your flaws and our daily struggle for salvation.

Yes as you said Spiritual music keep us relaxed....sitting in a silent room with spiritual music will lighten our hearts is my feel....
Also some melodies songs makes us also relaxed....

it depends on persons.my sugession is songs with mild music and hearing with less volume.
