I'm a newbie...where should i start...

I saw the advertisement of mylot from a forum space. They said this website is wonderfull.. Instead of making money, you can have a lot more friends..form all around the world.. you can also share your thoughts...bring up some ideas and let people response.. Sounds greats..so i joined..
But now..i'm a bit confuse..how should i add a friends.. is it ok to post a discussion to ask for help..?
Hmm...i really have a lot more to learn...so i hope somebody will help me out.. maybe i should relax a bit... take a look around first rite...
Please give some advice.. :)

Yeah. Do have a look first, particularly at the topics. Ask for help anytime, someone will know, even if you get a few contradictions. You add friends by hitting their profiles and sending a friend request, which they either approve or deny.
Just read a few threads, and remember to use the search on myLot to check out subjects. This isn't a bitey-scratchy sort of forum, it's a lot more friendly, 98% of the time, but like any forum, the odd ah, ... thing... pops up occasionally. Chill to your own tastes, and enjoy.
