Everyone will love his native land.No matter how it is,whether it is big place metropolitan or a small village.Jorhat is my native land so no matter arises about I dislike it.It is not a big town but this town of Assam has a strong influence of state's progress in economical,social,cultural,educational field.Population here is not too small,so it is growing as a large market place.The agriculture about which Assam is boast of allover the world i.e. Tea ,Jorhat is the sole place where its study and growth are looked into in Toklai Tea Research Centre.
