bad mother alert!!!

A co-worker of mine has a two year old daugher. She is the same age as me, 22, and she goes out and gets drunk all the time. She is on a bowling team and she usually brings her daughter with her on Thursday nights to the bowling alley. Even with her daugher there, she still drinks like no tomorrow and actually does shots with some of her friends. Hearing her stories about getting drunk and closing up bars, makes me sick in my stomach. She has a kid and that should be her #1 responsibility. She usually sticks her child with her parents or her grandparents. I understand parents need time to have fun, but in my opinion, this is having too much fun. What are your thoughts?? Am I blowing this out of proportion??
