Do you every just want to blow you diet compeletly? I have lost about 25 lbs. in the past two months and for some reason this week I have just wanted to eat what ever I wanted to. I completely blew it this week. My question is, have any of you ever just wanted to do that and is it okay as long as you get back on the next week?

When I was dieting I too went through a patch where I just wanted to binge! I think I had a week or two of just eating whatever I wasn't allow on the diet, but afterwards I just started the diet again, it made me feel better and more determined to lose the weight necessary.
It was sort of like a half way point for me as I had lost 20lbs and still had another 25lbs to go to reach my goal. I think its okay to do this as long as you get straight back on the diet, obviously it means it will take a little longer to lose the weight, but at least your not forcing yourself and making yourself depressed in the process.

Yeah, thanks for the comment. I have 78 lbs. to lose. I fortunately didn't gain any of my 25 back while I was binging. :)
