Had just watched the movie "300" by Frank Miller. Did not read much into it before watching the movie. The movie reminded me of my history lessons on greek methology. It made it come to life with all the blood and gore. It was an enjoyable movie, what do you think of it??

same as you, didnt read much about it, though I'm suppose to be a Frank Miller fan! I read some of his Dark Knight series (Batman) , Sin City (loved the movie!) and other good stuff... V for Vendetta... He's a legend!
Sorry i digress... 300, was a great movie in the cinematography or effects employed in the action sequences and mood... I think after matrix, this has to be some form of break through in terms of slow motion sequences... one word... COOL

V For Vendetta is available in video stores, go get it! It's a must watch, esp if you like Natalie Portman ;)

300 is an absolutely terrific movie. the attitude, the valour the spartans display send a chill down my spine. so much to keep their honour. they challenged and even demured a person who projected himself as god. i think they were bogged down by the wrong priests who just had no respect for these warriors. my personal favorite line in the movie when the king says : SPARTANS NEVER RETREAT!!!!!!!!!!. the greatest sequence when the king as a young lad fights the beast and also , when he kicks the intruder into the well..
