Hi, tweakpotter. Sorry it took quite a while for me to get back here. Anyway, at present, the choices of templates at blogchex are very limited. I know, I'm not too crazy about them either. But since they are still improving (they are still in alpha), maybe we'd have more leeway to personalize in the near future. Regarding your blog, it's a pretty enjoyable read, even if it's mostly "rants", as you've put in your title. :)

Tweakpotter, nice blog and nice writing skills - it keeps a person captivated... ;) As a side note (on the teasing you side-all in good humor)...your blog entry which talks about how you're not interested in trying to promote things on blogs to make some money, like others are doing with their blogs, has been written using a blog host that pays you for your reader's page impressions, right? Smiles... Anyway, is there a way to copy/paste some free css scripts into your blogchex layout? I know blogger and others have a section you can go to for altering the codes or writing your own but I don't know about Blogchex. Have you tried searching for something like "free scripts for blogchex layout" or a variation? I am looking now and will add more if I find something.

Tweakpotter, you can go to "Presentation" then "Edit Template". This is where all your codes are you can alter. I don't know a lot about writing code but you can find free page layout scripts and free tutorials for html and css practically anywhere online, as well as free color charts (to show u the hexidecimal code to produce certain colors). Ethanmama, your blog is down for the time being? Padu19: Nice layout and interesting theme. I think you might benefit also from a proofreader or copy writer for spelling and grammatical errors though there were only a few things that I noticed. Good job :)

I visited your blog -- it's pretty good. The colors work well, doesn't hurt the eyes to read or anything. The idea for posting your total earnings from each site every Sunday is pretty cool. I was thinking about doing something like that on my money making blog, but I'm not sure how I will do it. I would like to do a monthly total too, and show how many hours I put into it, to give people that visit my site and idea of what the time commitment and payout is for each site.

mango_nectar -- I like this site! Your comments on the paying sites are concise and very personal, and not boring at all! I just wish you could also include if they are available for International members and what modes of payment (Since I'm from outside the US and can't accept paypal) so it will be easier for me. But it's something I can find out for myself anyway, so no biggie. All in all, I like it!

Your site was pretty good, but as someone suggested, you should change the color of the text. The red is hard on the eyes against the gray background.
