theirs this random person who keeps emailing me should i be his friend or tell him/she to go away and never come back?

I think that you should atleast once give him a shot. If he is good and sober to talk to then you can think of being his friend. But if he is rude and arrogant forget it ignore him. Be careful when you judge him because there are a lot of freakshows out there.

If this person only wants to be a friend and nothing more it's ok..but if he insist and ask you annoying questions tell him to go away.

i think you should see what they want or maybe they need a friend find out then if you dont approve let them know.but always be careful there are alot of weirdos out therel.
