Sometimes bad breath can be a symptom of a more serious medical condition. I suggest you talk to your physician about this and see what he (or she )says. It is better to be safe than sorry.

Do you brush your tongue or use any tongue cleansing items? They sell them at CVS and Walmart and such and they are supposed to help tremdously with bad breath! Good Luck, hope I've helped some!

If this doesn't help, I would suggest going to the dentist and see what they say about it. Until then, make sure you have mints and gum on hand. At least you recognize it, some people don't.

A teaspoon is just as good to use as a store bought tongue scaper and since you already have one alot cheaper..Well, good luck.

I know how you feel my husband won't even come near me in the mornings when it is the worse. He says I can drop a elephant at tens paces with my fowl breath. I trry to brush teeth and use listerine and scope and when I am out and about try chewing gum that freshens breath like eclipse gum. the breath is not as bad if I take and use peroxide as a mouth rinse don't be to shocked if you read most bottles will have it on the bottle that it can be used as a mouth rinse it helps kill some of those germs and bacterias that cause bad odor but remember it fizzes so don't try to put in a bunch and gargle and swish around try to leave in mouth for a minute then take a teaspoon and top down rake your tongue with it several times and the inside of you cheeks and then brush your teeth and don't forget your tongue then use a mouthwash like scope or listerine or prohealth. It will help alot. Well good luck. Hopefully you'll be kissably fresh..

Does your stomach bother you at all? Sometimes people with ulcers or other stomach troubles will get bad breath. I know when my stomach is bad even if I brushed 20 times a day, I would still have bad breath.

Floosing helps also and brush the inside of your cheeks and roof of your mouth (like towards the back) You can get toothbrushes with rippled edges on the top back of the handle where the bristles are for tongue. I agree at least you notice it!
