who is next to Rahman in music?

you've gotta be a music lover to answer this question.
yeah i know there is no one better than ar rahman but there is music beyond rahman. so which other music director's music do you prefer to listen after Rahman?
coming to me... i'll start with
Shankar Ehsan Loy. i dont think any of thier albums are flop. all their albums faired well except for the KAmal Hassan Starrer ABHAY. that says it all!! they are the awesome three-some creating wonderful music of all genres.
n then comes M.M.Kreem
He's the most neglected Music Director in Bollywood but one of the top directors in Telugu Film Industry. though i dont like much of his recent Telugu music which is more appealing to the masses. his old albums will be ther for ever.
so guys what about you? whom do you listen to other than Ar.Rahman?

hi,have you ever heard of the mastro illyaraja in tamilnadu.If possible get his albums and enjoy the excellance in him ,i hope you might hav known about him and one morething i hav to add abt your comment is.. music is like anything that gives GOD touch and eachone of the music director is best of his own..
In that way A.R.R is a legend and no one can be up or below in his music
so cheer up to enjoy the best wherever you hear

i didnt say rahman is the only one. if you keenly observe what i wrote you can find words saying "there is music beyond rahman" i think ILAYARAJa is one of the best music directors the south indian film indusrty has ever seen. i really loved his albums like abhinandana, garshana, geetanjali, etc. and his music in combinations with the ace director mani ratnam can never be forgotten. i dont deny on what you said.

No one next to ar rahman....Harris jayaraj's first work seems
some hope but now he is waste...In hindi shankar ehsaan loy doing a good job...
Ar rahman-the legendary music player,the asian mozart.He is an evergreen music composer.He is the greatest musician in india,and now he stepped towards world level.Now ar rahman's music reaches up to the lord of rings latest release.His latest music from tamil movie sivaji also became a hit.He also released 3 albums-pray for me brother,Ek mohabbath and jan gan man.He is the eklavya in indian music world.His first album vande mataram has the record of largest selling album in india.

next to rahaman is "harris jayraj" .... once upon he worked as a keyboard player with rahaman... he had so much talent.. all his musicbeats in telugu were big HITS... for eg., REMO song
