Often the males are become good leader/manager but it doesn't mean that females cannot b a leader/Manager. Some females have potential to show/prove themselves a good leader/Manager but ss u r not of this type u r too simple and cant control the sharp men even u r a hard worker thats why u should b either at HRM or any place which is decisions making or taking place bcoz u have potential to analyse and make decisions in its response but dont involve personally and make ur strength to face hardles often u avoid that place where the hardles r in your way.
