I remember the very first music video I ever sw was when Mtv came on the air in like 1981. It was the Buggles, Video Killed the Radio Star. I lived in a small town and my parents had just gotten us cable tv for the first time like 3 weeks before that. After I saw that I was always watching Mtv all the way through high school. That was a long time before all of the other music channels though. LOL!

The first music video I ever remember seeing was the Police "Every Breath You Take." I was probably 3-4 years old and it was when MTV was still a baby. I'll never forget it, because at the time I loved the Police.

I am not sure if my first video was Straight Outta Compton by N.W.A. or something else...I know it was some sort of rap video..back then I was like 8 years old and thats all I wanted to watch..my brother made it the most special to me..rap music really got into the mainstream around the 80s and in '89 is when my brother and me got the closest...so whenever I think of those times it bothers me a little bit..

i'm not sure if it was really the first but it made a big impact on me. it was the video of Regulate by Warren G. i first saw it back in 96 i think. because of that video, i came to love hip-hop music. i bought my first cd after when i went to the States for a trip. of course, the cd was Warren G's Regulate. i just love hip-hop and r&b music.
