hmmmmmmmmmmmm schizophenia is a mental illness, it means that you have to do things in life to deal with that, staying calm and sane with meds or whatever it does NOT mean you should give up or lose hope You will have to learn to compensate by being smart and kind and gaining common sense and learning what exactly your limitations are and how you will deal with them. Good docs, exercise, meditation, a good attitude, hope, sleep, can all help a lot. Not suer what a sociopath is, maybe I'm one too. I think its when somebody can't deal with society maybe.

I believe that each of us has his/her own kindness naturally and deep within. What do you think of yourself now? I'm sure some people here would be helping you if you would let us feel that you also want to help yourself. Just keep calm and stop thinking so much.
