The LOST love Triangle-Who will Kate end up with?

We know that Sawyer loves Kate but does Kate really love Sawyer. True she said it, but was that just to stop the beating he was getting? We know she cares about Sawyer, she was so careful to nurse him back to health after he got shot and almost died, but does she love him?
What are her feelings for Jack? Does she want to get him back out of this "Live together, die alone" mentality? Or are there other feelings there for him that she is afarid to acknolwdge?

I think that Kate thinks she likes Jack because he is the "right choice", I mean, he's the good guy, he's a doctor for goodness sake, don't most people want their little girl to end up marrying some rich doctor? But, as mentioned above, I think she just has a crush on him. Sawyer is the "bad boy" type and she has feelings for him but he is frustrating her with his attitude. Neither Sawyer nor Kate want to get close to another person, it's really hard for them, so it's almost like they are working against each other.

Yeah, Sawyer is especially having trouble reconciling that he actually cares about someone other than himself. It's so funny to watch him scowling and pouting becuase Kate when to save jack. It seems they they are both waiting for the other one to take that first step into really showing that they care. I think it will be Sawyer who finally gives in. He's just too smitten.

I'd say she'd end up with Sawyer. They both come from the same backgrounds and have more in common. She may have a crush on Jack, but practically will she be happy with him? He moves in a different circle and would be happier with Juliette the Other doctor. (hope I got the name right in that one.) I mean we all want the Cinderella Story with the poor girl marrying the prince, but that does not happen that often.

Yeah, I wonder about Jack and Juliette. They do seem to have a lot in common. With Jack playing football with the others these days who knows what direction these relationshiops will go!

I don't think that it would be good for the show to have Kate pick someone. Besides, I think Kate is leary of getting too close to a man because of her past. However, as the show progresses people's pasts are not as important as what they do now that they are on the island.

I agree. I wonder if she is attracted to Jack because he represents stability to her and he already knows some of her past (that she is a fugative) but hasn't judged her harshly because of it.

I honestly think that the writers had planned for Jack & Kate to get together. But as the seasons developed, it was noticed she had more in common with and more chemistry with Sawyer. Also Sawyer really doesn't have anyone else on the island to have a love interest in. Jack has already shown "interest" in Kate, Ana Lucia, and now Juliet. I think they are going to pair him up with Juliet if not someone else. Kate does have feelings for Jack as they bonded very early on after the crash. BUT she is in LOVE with Sawyer. neither one wants to admit that to themselves or each other. The only time they confessed any feelings was in times of stress. Mark my words.. Kate & Sawyer... Jack & Juliet...lol

I think she is truly in love with Jack, who is in love with her. But Jack wont tell her how her feels because of Sawyer and the fact the he feels that he does not deserve to be loved.

i really think Kate's already inlove w/ Sawyer. remember when she asked Sawyer, to say he's sorry and start again.. that was on Hurley's episode.. but sadly Sawyer let her down... but we know that Sawyer feels the same way.. he's worrying about Kate when she left...
