I am looking for some help and advice, not sure if this is the correct place. To cut along story short my mother has just passed due to the above doctor not noticing cancer on a scan and was given the all clear. it turns out it was there plain as day (on the scan) but now its too late. I have heard that this is not the only misdiagnotis he has given and want to investigate further. the above doctor is based in Arrowe Park Hospital Upton Wirral United Kingdom. If someone could point me in the correct direction for more help and to see if this has happened more in the past. I would be very greatful
