Some stupid Joke

I was waiting at the bus stop together with other people. When all of a sudden someone in a pick up truk pulls up at the bus stop stands there for a minute then pulls down his window. Everyone thought he was there to either pick up a friend or relative when instead he starts telling all of us a stupid joke, then rolls back up his window and pulls away.

Either he was out to spread joy, or out to offend people.
These are the people who are making a difference in society LOL.
But what was the joke?
