Nintendogs tips and tricks

I thought as there were no topics yet many of us play the game it would be good to start up a discussion.
I got my DS 8 days ago and am now a Junior Handler level and have 6000 odd points. I have 2 dogs, a chocolate labrador retriever called Fudge and a German Shepherd called Sheba.
My tips.
You earn money by selling the things you find whilst out on walks to the second hand shop (under the shopping tag). You can also earn money by entering the contests. Each dog can enter 3 times a day. You have to practice at the gynasium before the first contest. Good idea to practice there before every contest as the course gets harder each level. I now have over £5000 from contests and selling goods.
Better to stock up on food at the pet stores you find on your walks rather than at the store under the shopping section as it is a lot cheaper.

much more for obedience.
I made my 16,000 points last night, so now can get sheltie pups.
got about another $6,000 to go for the house.
have you found balloons in the shop yet? they're quite fun. you blw those up with the microphone, and then tap them to let them go, and they play with it til it pops.

I have found the balloons, they dont last long as my German Shepherd jumps on them. I did get a helicopter but sold it as they didnt like it and freaked a bit. I have since found and sold another 2 peach carts as well, they only need one to play with. Found Santa Hat, New Years Tiara, Viking Hat, Top Hat and more tissue boxes than one person really needs.
Must get working on the obedience then, I think I need to get a headset as my dogs do not seem to respond well to the mic.

hehe.
I thought of something else the other day, then promptly forgot it.
I was a bit mean to merkin the other day though. I just wanted to see what would happen.
she was having a good snooze to the naptime record, then I played the surprise record and she woke up yelping.
how mean of me. felt a bit guilty.

Here's a cheat to get more points that you might already know:
-Put you DS on charge.
-Get a brush and put it on the middle of your dog and while you sleep you will get like 800 points!
You could get rare items like this:
-Get a clover clock and lucky collar and go on walks.
Walking cheat:
-While walking, go to a park and switch accessories.
You won't have to wait 30 minutes before going to walk again!
