I bascially stay on the weight watchers diet..I can tell you this about fiber though..The more fiber you have in your diet the less hungry you are.Fiber is filling and keeps you satisfied and keeps you from being hungry..You can check fiber content on packages..I knoe fiber one cereal has alot of fiber..yes fiber can help you to lose weight because the more fiber the less hungry you are...

Check out allbran or 100% bran cereals for fiber. It can help you lose weight.Add it on other cereal, mixed into meat loaf, etc. A lot of these supplements for weight loss have fiber of one sort or another. Be sure to take a multivitamin, containing iron, not with your high fiber meals. One diet that plays off the increased fiber is the three apples daily diet. Self explanatory, eat three apples daily.
