It is best to go to Paypal and ask them. Everytime I contact them they do response. Not like here. They should be able to guide you to what you wish to do with your money. I would suggest just spending it from Paypal. They have a list of companies that accept Paypal as payment. Of course Ebay does! Good luck with this.

I think you get a check for USD then you have to convert to Indian money.

they will pay you in dollars and you will be getting check from them and you can get the money in rupees if you put them in the bank for encahsment after making the cureent conversion rate.but inorder to get a check from paypal you have to make 150 dollars.there will be some processing fee associated with it.
