Texas: Good or Bad

I recently attended the Texas vs. USC game at the Spokane Arena. I think Texas was heavily overrated this year because of their star Kevin Durant. I know this was one of Texas' worst games on the year, but it was obvious to me, they are not a very good team. USC played much better defense and team basketball. It looked as though Rick Barnes was completely out coached. His strategy was pass the ball to Durant. Sure, Durant had an effortless 30 points but the team effort was a joke. When your playing in the NCAA tournament you need more than 1 player ready for the game. I'm not here to make any Texas fans upset, so please respond and let me know if they are a better team than the USC game reflected.
