Has anyone been to a site on abortion and seen some of the fetus' that were mutilated? A couple years back there was this truck with a picture of an aborted fetus on the side of the truck, so graphic, it was sickening. But these things are real. These picutres on the web shows these fetus' dumped in garbage cans behind the building where the services take place. Some are recovered for research, and you would not believe the number of abortions done in a day. I've seen one fully termed, legs, arms, even the head was dismembered. People feel very strong about this topic, but is it really anger, or just judment on these in situations no one has placed themselves. It's easy to judge, but hard to experience. What do you guys think about this?

Well, first of all, we have to make a few distinctions.
What country are you in? Because, if you are in the US, putting biological waist of ANY kind in dumpster is illegal. I really do not believe that these pictures are real, because if they were there would have been a court case and prosecution. If there was a court case that I missed, then my deepest apologies, but the people taking those pictures would be pro-lifers who would certainly turn the people in. I believe they are doctored photographs because on the internet you cannot truly believe everything you see. Half of these pictures are created to be inflamatory.
Secondly, full term fetuses that are aborted are not labeled "abortion." An abortion occurs within the first trimester of pregnancy. Anything after that is a partial-birth abortion which is done completely differently, using different procedures at a later part of the pregnancy and even classified differently by the law.
Thanks for the post though! I can understand, I have seen many of these pictures and, while I am pro-choice, they still make my stomach cramp. Unfortunately the pro-life arena has told so many lies about abortion that they have completely destroyed their credibility and, in a time where photoshop is a common program on computers, I simply am not willing to believe anything they say unless they prove it before my very eyes.

Well, sadly to say, but these things are done in our country everyday. But the bodies are disposed openly, they are wrapped in bags like trash bags, and yet the people that researches have no interest in turning something in that is legal. An abortion clinic, I am sure has some standards to follow, I mean where else would they dispose of them? Thanks for you response.

Pattycake: The answer to your question is no I have never seen any of these sites. And I think that the picture on the side of that truck is disgusting and sad and it makes me angry to see people show off such pictures. They should of had a happier looking picture one that makes us feel good to look at it not one to makes us feel disgusted. It is easy to judge but I am not one to judge anyone. I realize this things are real and they do happen its just that I hate for such things as aborions to happen.

Patty the answer to that question is NO I have never been to a site that shows pictures like that but then again I would not like to see such pictures its so disgusting and sad and at the same time it makes me angry when I think abouty that truck going around with a picture of aan aborted fetus on the side fof it. what bad taste they should have gotten a picture of something that would make you feel happy to look at. And some people are easy to judge but hard to experience. I believe each woman should do the right thing.

The images are disturbing. I'm pro-life but that does not mean I'd look down on someone for being pro-choice. It breaks my heart to see pictures like that.
