the well being of an animal

I have a MIN PIN that i have had for three years now. She is part of the family. She is one of my kids. Well I have been watching the news tonight and my daughter came in to the kitchen and told me that the news is saying that they are recalling some kind of animal food. I could not get the name of the food so I went on line to see if i could find out and i had a hard time finding it. I called my friend who also has a computer. She went on line and found the food that i was giveing my dog for three years. the recall was on wet food for the animals and i heard that it can shut down their internal organs. i felt so bad that i did not know what to do or say to my daughter. What would you do if the food that you have been giveing your animal for so long was one of the ones that was being recalled? how would you take it if something was to happen to them and you had to explain it to your children?how would you feel inside?

we should feed the animals the best food we can
then if we hear that the food isn't good or recalled or whatever
then its an honest mistake and we can't be held responsible
to intentionally hurt someone you shuld feel eternally sorry
to hurt someone by accident you can't be blames if you did your best and took precautions

first of all, never think that this is your fault. dont feel guilty or beat yourself up. Someone made a terrible. stupid mistake, but it wasnt you. Get your dog to the vet as soon as possible and see if everything is okay. If there is something wrong they may be able to help it.

i can not help but blame myself if something did happen to her. the very good thing is thier is nothing wrong with her as matter of fact senc i took her off the wet food she has become even better

I would explain to my child that the company that makes the food made a mistake and the dog food could make our dog really sick. I would feel really bad that my dog was ill but know that it wasn't my fault. Even name brand foods have recalls from time to time.
