There are bad movies out there. And then there are awesomely bad movies out there. Some that you can't even fathom finishing. The two worst movie I've ever seen have to be "So I Married an Axe Murderer" and "Little Nicky." I know some of you don't want me to name an Adam Sandler movie, but it was bad. And it was a shame because he has made some great ones. What are a couple of the worst movies you have ever seen?

Napolean Dynamite. I know a lot of people love that movie, but I can't even begin to understand why. It may be funny (in a stupid, idiotic sort of way), but it's so BORING!!! We watched it last year in class after TAKS testing, and it made me fall asleep...LITERALLY!!! I actually find it rather annoying...

Now, I was going to put that movie on my to watch list. I couldn't fathom why it would be good to watch, but I heard from friends it was a hoot. Maybe I'll think twice about renting it.

I think Napoleon Dynamite appeals to a certain type of people. Either you find the humour funny or you don't, so I reccommend watching it because if you do find it boring, you can turn it off but if you find it hilarious, as I did, it will be a favourite for years to come!

That's true, CoffeShot. It's like a quirky movie that people have to have a taste for.

The movie that I thought was the worst I've ever seen was "pulp fiction". I know some would disagree with me, but I just thought it was terrible!! Not to mention, some of the scenes just toally freaked me out!! :)

I really don't like Pluto Nash. I think Eddie Murphy can do a lot better than that. I also don't like this horror movie where Catherine Zeta Jones was in, I forgot what it's called. If only Wes Craven directed that movie it would be a lot better

Oh god 'The Haunting' it was awful. Maybe actors/ producers should be fined for producing bad movies!

Do you mean "The Haunting?" It also had Owen Wilson, and Liam Neeson. I know! I was watching it and I kept thinking, it's coming, the good part is coming, and nothing...I still remember Lili Taylor screaming to the ghost who was somehow her "grandpa." Good choice for worst movie!

Yes, I have heard of it. My sister loved it! But then again, she also used to put red nail polish on her feet, scream, and tell me to call 911.

The first one that springs to my mind is Fahrenheit 451. OMG that has to be the absolute worst movie I've ever seen and the book isn't any better! It's just as bad!

Well, I don't know if I'd consider myself young. You might think so. I was in Junior High when I had to read the book and watch the movie, though.

You must be young..that movie is a political statement. I thought it was a great movie. I also like Ray Bradbury so maybe that is the difference

Coincidentally, I went to work today after initially reading this post and my aunty mentioned that the worst movie she'd ever seen was 'Welcome to Woop-Woop'. I"ve never heard of it but she said it was absolutely dismal.

I would agree with you those are both pretty bad. I think another bad one would be the latest Rocky movie that came out I think they should put those Rocky movies to sleep already and Sly should just give up and move on.

I have heard conflicting stories on the new Rocky movie. I wonder if I should just save my money and rent a sure thing. The only reason why I wanted to see it, is because I thought it we be something for my dad and me to do together. But if it is a sorry movie, then I don't want to bore us both. Well, not that Sly has been charged in Australia for having the HGH hormome on his person, I don't think those muscles for Rocky will be around much longer without those hormones.

The worst movie I have ever seen is "Immortal". It is a movie that has to do with aliens that they are correlated with the 12 Gods of acient greece and the are immortal. It is a movie without story, begining nor end.

The Brothers Grimm.what grim disillusionment.a third class theme park ride, much too dark for children, too familiar for adults and too lame for either audience.nobody's who's seen the Ents march on Isengard will be thrilled by their animatronic branches.

I wanted to see "The Brothers Grimm" but I heard it was very strange and it didn't get good reviews. I don't always go by what critics think at all, but a regular person telling me it isn't good, I'll take their word for it.

I would have to say SPEED 2.......arrrrrrgh........ what a waste of time!!!, worst sequel of all time, bad script, bad story, bad leading man. The worstest movie ever!!! (so worst, I have to use a word more than it's superlative form) hahahaha and The fear and loathing in las vegas, I just enjoyed it because johnny depp is there.... but the whole story???.... nonsense

I remember when Oprah had the whole cast of Speed 2 on her show. It was a big to-do, and I just kept thinking, Jason Patric? That's who you got to play opposite Sandra Bullock?

I missed that episode of oprah.... but I wish they realize instead of spending huge bucks on producing crappy movies it's much useful to just give oprah the money and let her give it to charity.... it's much more entertaining to watch than actually watch movies as dull as Speed 2.. LOL

I love "So I Married an Axe Murderer!" The worst movie I have ever seen is a movie called "Nothing" and it's released by Lion's Gate Films. Terrible!

The worst one I ever saw was The Village. My wife borrowed it to see if it was worth buying. I sat through that just waiting for something to happen, and was miserably disappointed by the lame ending. Needless to say we did not buy this bit of garbage.

i think i would have to say that the worst movie ive ever seen in theatres in my conscious older life is "the punisher" the lamest comic-book to movie ive ever seen - worse than both the spiderman movies. There are also heaps of b-grade straight to video movies which are also pretty terrible.

I have seen Little Nicky, man, that one was a stincker, wasn't it? I think the worst film I have seen was one with Tome Selleck. It probably came out in the early nineties and was called something like Quigly Down Under. We just sat watching in utter silence at how very, very bad it was. Great question, thanks!

You are too funny! But you are on to something. Sometimes all we can do it marvel at the awfulness of the movie as we are watching it. I've heard of 'Quigley Down Under', but thankfully never seen it. LOL
