How often do you exercise?

Most people exercise once or twice a week.I think i 'm kind of unhealthy.I hardly ever exercise.i love junk food and eat it three or four times a week.i love to drink orange juice,too.So maybe i'm not very healthy,although I have one healthy habit:i sleep for 9 hours every night!lol

Our body need to burn calories and fats we consume so cholesterol won't build up in our body. Exercise is very important. I go to the gym at least thrice a week. An hour of cardio, transport or treadmill will do. Then have stretching afterwards. Orange juice is good as long as it is not concentrated because flavored and concentrated drinks contains empty calories and less vitamins. Fresh is good. 9 hours of sleep and no junk foods is perfect

I go to the gym four or five times per week. I like exercising. I got to be honest I used to hate going to the gym but now it has become a habit. I also cut down on my junk food intake and it's made it so much easier for me to exercise and I got to admit that I have much more energy now. You are so lucky to get that much sleep!!! :P

I exercise almost daily .It helps in overall Strength , Stamina and alertness .
