What makes you decide to stay for good in a compnay?

Lots of people especially in this generation transfer from one company to another. There are also people who stay for good. For those loyal people, what makes you decide to stay in that company? And for others, what will it be that makes you decide to stay for good?

Some people want a permanent stable life at one place and psss life smoothly. For this they naccept official boredom as thprice to be paid for getting other type of happiness. Some other people want exitement and new work after every few years .they do not like the routine repetitive way of working.So they jump from one job to another in short period. On more kind of person is the ambitious one who changes companies for elvation in career.
