Have you ever used any diet pills and what have your experiences been with them? I admit I've tried some in the past but they always made my blood pressure go real high or I felt like I was having a caffeine overdose.

the caffeine overdose makes sense, because most diet pills do have caffeine in them. They use caffeine because it has the effect of increasing your metabolic rate.

I have tried a few diet pills and none of them really work. They usually don't do a thing and they usually charge a lot to buy them. I think the way to lose weight is to change your eating habits and start exercising. I walk 30 minutes a day and it is really helping.

I've tried diet pills. And there are a lots that they offer to me and they says that it would be really effective. Well, before i'm going to try the pill i make sure its doctor's recommended and i'm going to ask first what would be the result or effect of the medicine every time I take. If it is the result will be pulputation-my heart beat will be fast i wont take it. Because I know that our family has a problem in heart i might inherit that so i may be careful to myself, and when the effect is diarrhea.
