Do you think the penlaty shld be given?? i personally think that fom the referee's point of view.. the penalty shld be given.. but if u watch the reply carefully.. the penalty seems to be abit controversial.. this is the results of not using the video technology that rugby has been using.. to watch the reply before proceeding with decision..
