I need a nap around 15 minutes at noon . I will feel completely refreshed after this short nap.I f I have this nap, I can go to bed later than usual, otherwise , i have to go to bed earlier.

I usually don't have an afternoon nap, and can sleep fine throughout the night. but when I am having a 'bad health day' which I do every few weeks, I take a nap and sleep for about 3 hours. I generally then go to bed about an hour later, and sleep right through.

We take a nap in the noon at china.This is very normally!Thus,we can sleep at night!

usually not on purpose! lol but a couple days a week i end up crashed out on the couch for about an hour. i usually wake up feeling refreshed but occasionaly i wake up with a bad headache. not sure why that is though.

I would love to take a nap in the afternoon and used to be able to when my kids were little but the house is far too busy in the afternoons now to get away with it. Shame! I would have been able to still sleep at night.

I love naps!!! When I don't have anything pressing to do, I would choose taking a nap over many other activities. I don't really recommend taking naps on a regular basis, however, because it can really mess up your sleep schedule. I get really, really tired around 4:00 in the afternoon and if I am not working or in class, I will often nap for an hour or two. This usually means that I have more trouble falling asleep at night. However, I am forced to stay up late a lot because of my job or school work, so it's really hard to keep a regular sleep schedule regardless of whether or not I take a nap.
I usually wake up feeling refreshed after a nap and ready to tackle whatever it is that I need to do. I feel rejuvinated and more energetic. However, there are times when I sleep for too long, and wake feeling more tired and lethargic that I was in the first place.
