Road closure at Jln Tun Razak near LRT every morning

Have this been affecting you all when you travel from Setapak to PJ thru Pahang roundabout heading PJ using Jln Tun Razak as now you can not cross to Jln Tun Razak. You are now forced to use the Jln Ipoh junction by some plactic dividers. Do you think this wll help the congestion here?
