The difference between success and failure

Sometimes I wonder what separates success from failure. It seems really like a simple thing. Success usually comes to people who take action, people who 'just do it'. Failure just happens when people don't reach for their goals or do not even have goals.
There are so many people who do not have goals, but get along with life just as well, these people have no wishes to get successful. They just want to 'get along' with life. That is definitely not me.
What do you think. Are there times when you 'just did it' and it put you onto another level of success.

If you work with integrity and do not care success or failure then I think you will get peace of mind in the life.
Both the occurences should be given the same regard.
When you get a success start for the next and when you fail don't hesitate to attempt it again untill you make it a success. That's all, and it's so simple.
Dansing after success and crying after failure is a childish behavior I think.
When you get the success that means you just could do it because you did well and dealt the attempt seriously and when you fail that means you did not care to the task that seriously and need your second attention.
All the successful people you see on this earth too behave in the same manner. They don't waste time in crying after the failure.
Wish you great successes in your life & very few failures.

a Lion's heart and a Lion's words.
the words are true. Success is just a step of getting over failures.

to me the difference between sucess and failure is simply a matter of perception. It is a subjective thing and depends so much on how we see the world
blessed be

If it is a matter of perception, how successful do you perceive yourself? and in your perception, how do u measure up?
Success is measurable, but failure is hardly ever measured.

Success and failure, it is only a thought away. Even when people take actions, it is no guarantee that it will work. Network marketers have been taking actions for years. Not everyone gets what they want.
3 things will get you what you want.
1. Very specific outcome. "I want more money." is not a specific outcome.
2. Compelling reason why you want it. "If I don't get 1 million dollars by XXX. Someone is going to put a bullet through my head." Might be a bit extreme (just to explain what is compelling reason)
3. Massive Action plan - make you plan first then take massive actions.
Success is self-defined, no one but yourself can define what success is. It can be a measurement of wealth, fame, or how happy you are. If you are living your life to the fullest even if you are "getting along" with life with no complains, enjoying every moment of it. You are successful.
