Shouldn't Grissom have a lovelife?!

Don't you think Gil Grissom, the main man of the CSI: Las Vegas team, should also have a relationship? He used to harbor a crush on this lady who does facial reconstruction, right? But that didn't work out. Now there's still tension between him and Sarah. Shouldn't Gil also date once in a while...you know, just to ease his very tense persona? =D

It is kind of strange. I love CSI: Las Vegas so much. I tried to give the other cities a go...not the same. The characters are so deep on Las Vegas and I think that is why they have kept Grissom from having a love life. I think the writers are afraid that it would get soap opera-ish and they are afraid of that. I think that is do very much to Jerry Bruckheimer the producer. This is the same guy who made Deja Vu, Pirates of the Caribbean, National Treasure, King Arthur, Bad Boys II, Pearl Harbor, Remember the Titans, and about 8 million other movies that I love. I think more than some of the other characters, he likes us to walk in Grissom's shoes...like sometimes we hear what Grissom hears, or doesn't because of his condition.

I am an avid fan of that series. I watch that devotedly every sunday here in my coutry. They're showing it back to back with the other CSI, the miami and NY. Amongst CSI agents, I like him best. Yeah I think so too. He should have a love team too. He seemed so tough and too serious in life. I love the part that he sung together with the embalmer when they featured a rockstar who were murdered. Love it!!

Thank you for your response! Do you like Sarah, though? To be Gil's partner?
Hahaha, yeah I was able to catch that episode as well. They were two funny looking geeks who were having a good time at the most unlikely place..the coroner's!

I like her too. But dont you think, cause Sarah is a kinda serious too. A geek serious kinda guy adding up another serious kinda Sarah? Maybe they can pair him up with someone with a much lighter personality. Someone candid perhaps. Was wondering have they done an episode before that is comic or kinda funny?

Because I'm a certified CSI: Las VEgas junkie, I bought the complete DVD set last Christmas hehehe =) And I noticed that their initial episodes were light and Grissom even showed his funny side. He shared jokes and stuff. I wish they could also bring that side of him back in the future episodes.

I think it's unneccessary for Grissom to have a love life. The show was based around him being completely involved in his work and now they are ever so quietly pushing him and Sarah together. It takes away from the Investigative part of the show. So I guess no I don't think he should have a love life.
