I used to live in a village one kilometer away from the sea. So it wasn't uncommon to see fish on our table. And I read it on CNN that it can also lower our risk of getting inflicted with heart disease. Beef on the other hand is yummy only for so long, but it's still high in cholesterol. How about you? Which do you prefer, fish or beef?

I love fish....all fish, excluding cod....I think fish is a lot healthier than beef because it is high in Omega 3 which is good for high blood pressure and high cholesterol.....

I love fish, but because I do not live near an ocean or sea, much of the good fish is frozen. I end up eating more beef even though I like fish better. Because the fish is flown in or frozen, the really good stuff is expensive. That's why I eat more beef.

fish is the order of the day in our place. beef is a luxury nowadays and so we only consume it on special occassions like fiesta, birthdays, christmas and/or new year celebration. fish is good for those who have high in cholesterol, hypertension or heart ailment...

Actually between beef and fish i would take the beef, i can not really stand the smell of fish.
But my first choice in meat is really chicken and they say that is even better then beef.

Definitely fish for me. More protein, less fat. And the best part about fish is that you can steam it... Oil-free cooking =)

Fish is more commonly eaten in Singapore than beef. I also take more fish than beef. Beef is always high in proteins... so if you eat too much and don't exercise, you risk getting heavy and fat. :P
