need to know differences between love and friendship

From my school days itself i got a girlfriend.We are very close together,of same thinkings.We used to share our problems and find solutions for that by ourselves.Now we both are working in different companies,but our friendship still goes on like.Now i find some thing distrurbing me more about her after my parents have decided to look allaiance for me.But feel like marrying my friend will be a good supportive for me as she knows me well.But Iam very much feared whether she will take it in a wrong way if i propose my love to her.Can any one give suggestion for me,what to do...........

My love is my friend but my friend can't be compulsary be my love. There is lot of difference in love and friends . You can ask your parents to have a talk with her parents that would be easy for you to get yourself notified and won't have risk of going and telling all stuff on yourself.

Iam also thinking of same thing.But the fact is what my girlfriend will feel,Because till now we are friends if i proposed to her ,how she reacts for that.she should think bad about me.So can say somthing about this
