A class XII student claimed that he was accosted by three men while he was on his way to the examination center. The men hammered three nails in his head and fled, leaving the youngster stunned and dazed. The boy was rushed to a hospital after his friends saw his state when he reached the examination center. This incident took place last year in kalyan but psychologists say that it is very much possible that the boy got it done himself to avoid appearing for the exams. The nails were extracted in an hour long operation and the boy is safe but has quit studies. My question is, is the education system so bad thast students are willing to endanger their lives to avoid exams?
