what is your favorite cake? and why?

My favourite cake is pure cheesecake. The rich thick and ultra creamy variety. It's really nice when crunchy oat cookies are crushed to make a crispy base for the cake. Yum yum! I also like chocolate espresso fudge cakes. Chocolate sponge cake that are topped with rich creamy dark chocolate fudge and layered with espresso cream. Such a delight! It's even better when there are some delicious truffles as decoration on top of the cake! :)

I like pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting the best. But I also like carrot cake. Then there is chocolate mayonnaise cake with cherry pie filling in the middle and on top. So many cakes, so little time (so big my wasteline).

I love cake, but i guess my favorite would be a fruit cake

i love Black Forest, Tiramisu, Sans Rival, Chocolate or Blueberry cheesecake, Butter-Mocha-Vanilla cakes.

I love a pink champagne cake but I rarely have it because the best one is at the Madonna Inn and it's not in the same town as where I live. So after that, I'll settle for chocolate :)

i so love black forest but my husband is into chocolate mousse

I like most cakes but especially like anything with custard, and of course anything chocolate would never be knocked back.

Mine are CheeseCakes,Strawberry Shortcake and Tiramisu.They are the best cakes ever!

my favorite cake is the ube flavor or mango. not so sweet but really tasty. i love it!

i love chocolate moouse adn black forest also.
