Is it good to go crazy about cricket and take loss of favourite team from heart?

There have been many cases when public reacts violently on the defeat of their favourite team. Some times they even behave badly with the players whom they admire very much initially. As recently Bob woolmer has passed away and reason is considerd as general public's anger. Is it good from the sports perspective?

in india and pakistan extensive media coverage and sensationnlization of cricket have made public crazy. this really creates pressure for players. players are much more tense in crunch games than other teams. public should stop acting idiotically and let them enjoy their game. this will help them play to their full potential. we have lifted the player to a status of demigods. players once set in team take their place for granted because our selectors dont touch big player. leading to performance degrading. all this is because of our excessive crazyness about cricket.......we better let players play freely.

i think a defeat must be considered as a stepping stone to success........success or failure depends on de way they perform on that day.........violent reaction of the public must be avoided

I dont think its good for the game....its idiotic to think that a team should win all the games...if they put the best effort and compete thats what anyone should ask
