Im sharing a receipe of Waldrof salad Skimmed curd/fresh cream - 1/2 cup watermelon diced - 1/2 cup baby tomatoes - 1/2 cup apple/pear slices - 10 Almomds,pistas,walnuts(finely chopped) - 1 spn each parsley - few leaves honey - 2 spns fresh pepper crushed - 1 spn Mix all the ingredients in bowl and decorate with apple or pear slices.
