A week ago, I joined a new paid to post forum, called hyipsurftalk. You can go there and check it out: http://www.hyipsurftalk.com/index.php?=referrerid=616 It pays you 5 cents per post, but there is a limit of 20 posts per day, you can only earn $1 per day, the minimum payment is $5, and it does pay to its members, and I received mine today. This is another forum I like as much as mylot.
