Do you know what is the biggest disease in our life? You maybe answer cancer or some other kind of disease,but I would tell you the most killer is not just the illness itself, it is the anxiousness who account a lot.
Due to hard work and fiecely competition, we become the salve of the life,all we can do is to manage living.But we use our lives to get some tempory success.We are destroying our lives.We have got headache,stomarchache,or some other illness.
We all know the fact that healthy body is the essential key to success, so we should slow down sometime,and refresh ourselves by relex or our hobby.

Yes,tensions of modern life have made us more vulnerable to sicknesses than ever before.Medicine has done a lot to cure the human body but nothing to cure the hman psyche.Money is a very important factor.It is why we all work so hard,even here on mylot.We all come here primarily for the money.You are right,we do become slaves of ourselves,working like dogs to satisfy some urge to become rich whereas we miss out on th real joys of life whic only simple things can provide.The contentment that comes from watching a bird fly,or watching a baby take his first steps,the happiness that comes from admiring flowers in a garden all have the power to lift up our spirits like nothing else.
