My RAM size 512MB But is not enough from me any addtional features in the RAM ...

ur ram size means this is fitted in ur body.. Plz make it clear first this not enough for u.. What is meant that Ram is in ur body.. PLZ write clearly ur computer RAM size NOT ur RAM size...
