Are you very active in the morning?

All of us have some different habits. For me I can't be very active during the morning hours. Only in the afternoon I can take care of all my work nicely. I don't know it is morning chickness or what, but in the morning time I feel so lethargic. Are you active during morning hours? Or at what time you are more active?

yes I am very active in the morning.. I usually wake up before the alarm clock...then as soon as I wake up I am ready to get up and start my day...the morning is my favourite moment and I am always very active and full of energy...I start doing many things together..preparing the breakfast...washing..choosing clothes and documents I need to carry with me...and then I enjoy my favourite music or radio programme while driving to work...morning is my favourite moment for studying for example...I can learn very fast and very well...however when being at university I had lessons in the morning,...I was in hospital for training in the afternoon and so I started studying even at night...I preferred having a break after coming back home...a shower and a light dinner and then I studied during the night when everything was peaceful and silent...fortunately now I don't have to do this anymore but this made me appreciate late night, too...however I am definitely for morning!!!

I get alot more done in the morning around the house here. I get alot more done if I work in the evening. Noon on until about 5 I am slower and still get some things done but not at the level of early morning or night fall. Hope all is going well for you. Try some protein and maybe you will be able to function better. Good luck.

I usually try to get everything done in the morning. That way, I have the rest of the day to myself. Well, other than walking our two fur babies that is. Sometimes I will throw dinner in the crockpot and it will be done by the time my hubby comes home. I try to make the most of my day.

Morning laziness has a lot to do with eye discomfort!!late night surfing is a big no no. proper food habits can be helpful thogh but proper sleep is cumpolsory for being active throughout the day!!

Ah sweet one, I'm just the same and it definitely isn't morning sickness. I've never been a "morning person" - it really isn't my best time of day and I don't like to even speak with anyone for an hour after I wake up (unless it's the weekend which is very different). I tend to get up for work just over an hour before I start work (it only takes me 5-10 minutes to drive to work). I make a point of not going in too early as I don't want my colleagues to see "grumpy me" LOL! I am definitely much better by mid morning and perform at my optimum at that time of day. x

I am NOT a morning person, never have been, never will be .. ! Other than for 3 years I have work a night shift for about 25 years .. and LOVED it .. I was never up on time for a day shift no matter how many alarm clocks I had .. so when I started working nights it was BLISS .. I 'potter' in the mornings and do a few jobs .. and by around 2pm am starting to 'wake up' properly .. by 6pm I am coming alive .. and can honestly say I prefer having my life 'back to front' .. I'd happily sleep in the day time and be awake through the night ..

If I wake up about at 7 o'clock I'm very active, but if I sleep a lot I'm not very active. I love the morning and I'm very active but I must go to bed early the evening before. :-)

LOL I agree with you sweetlady!! I'm so not a morning person and don't usually wake up before noon. If I do wake up before that I'm usually a walking zombie. I love being awake in the middle of the night when it's all quiet and I can reflect on things or watch tv in peace, without distractions. I'm the most active at around 3pm I think and stay that way til about 2am. I sleep a lot now hahaha

Hi, i am usually lazy in the morning too. Sometimes lie on bed for another few minutes after the alarm sounds. Of course, it is the busiest time for me too. Because i have to prepare for breakfast, then send my son to school. Then wash and clean myself, then hurry to work. Because the daytime is shorter in winter, so in winter mornings, it is harder for me to get up. And the pleasant thing is to sleep untill very late on the weekends.

Hi dear, I have to be so active in the morning itself. I gets up at 7.15 and I need to catch a train of 8.20 am. So, that once I got up, I need to rush up for things and need to get ready and need to be at rail station by 8.15. Then the crowded train journey and in office by 10. In office you can assume what is the activity. There is no time for breath and for nothing, only concentrated on work. I am not so active in my sleep. Thank-s
