please guide about photoeditor softwares

recently i have downloaded a photoeditor software from the net... its name is FOTOFINISH. it adds special effects to static images i.e jpeg files etc. it has crop, rotate ,exposure ,colour, layer ,border red, eye, and touch tip functions. can anyone guide me about the advanced version of this software or an other similar software????

When I was in college, I used Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw at the same time during publication work. But I ended up using Photoshop for all my photo editing needs.

Hi, I suggest you try paint.net which is the free source equivalent of adobe photoshop. It can be downloaded at http://www.getpaint.net/download.html . It should be about the best free photoediting tool around.
