which one is better maplestory sea or just maplestory,because i have heard some people say that maplestory sea is better then maplestory i am about to try it out but then i said forget about it,can someone here give me their decision on which one is better.

SEA stands for South East Asia. So if you don't live there you can't play the game. They check your ip first. Yup, that's why we can't play KMS which everyone wants to do.

actually the first and most complete version of MapleStory is the KMS (Korean Maple Story), followed by MapleGlobal, and last but not least, MapleSEA. KMS: Korean MapleStory (For Koreans) GMS: Global MapleStory (For Americans and other countries) MSEA: MapleSEA (For South-East Asians) CMS: Chinese MapleStory (For Chinese players) EMS *NEW: Europe MapleStory (For Europeans, support multiple languages, still in closed beta testing though.)

i've never heard of maplestory sea. i'm assuming maplestory is better though.

I dont know the difference, I HEARD that it just is a different internet server for the game based on where you live. Though the people I heard it from could very well be wrong.

I can tell you now that maplestory SEA and maplestory Global is not too much different although Maplestory SEA seems to get features a bit earlier than Global. If you live in USA I urge you to play Maplestory Global. After all SEA stands for South East Asia, and I guess you don't live there.

Neither one is better, maplesea is just for south east asians and gms is for anyone who doesnt have localized maplestory.

Mapleglobal is teh_shizzle. Yeah, cause it has most players ( I'm pretty sure that's the fact ) And, Global has.. well. It all. I've played the Global version since the beta. Oh yes, the Golden days. The beta days.

if not wrong, mapleSEA is meant for people living in the South East Asia, while Global more for European? I play MapleSEA, but have no means to play MapleGlobal as I cannot set up an account under Global. Think they block people living in Asia from joining mapleGlobal, hence i have to means to compare between the 2 when I can only play in MapleSEA.

I guess that they are just the same. For the Old maple story, most who already have high level here will actually say that this is much better than the maple sea. While as for the maple sea, new players will actually say that maple sea is far much more better because they are simply beginning to level their character.

Maplesea is better than maplestory because maplesea is a later version so its more updated.
