People nowadays will buy anything on the market. To the eye most meats and foods might look good, but is it good for their health? Ever check on the fats, saturated fats, sodium, cholesterol, carbohydrates and sugar? From what I know too much of these can be hazardous to one's health. So are you the type of person that loves to eat healthy or those that just eat whatever is put in front of you?

I'm really careful of what i eat, more veggies and fish no to carbonated drinks, less meat more fruit juice and most of all low in sodium. When we reach an age like late 30's we should be more careful on what we are eating to stay healthy.

I am watching what goes in my body. I am eating lower sodium, fat, and cholesterol. I try not to eat anythng with transfat. I know that we can't eliminate all of these bad things but I am doing my best to keep the intake of them very low! I have gained back 35 pounds of the 50 that I worked so hard to lose 2 years ago. I am determined to get those 35 off!
