what is your opinion for your meal at night??

can u tell me wat u really love to have at night..meals at night should be light enough to digest..m takin very light meal.

me this is my biggest down fall at night i eat cereal ill be sleepin and wake up at like 1 in the mornin and eat cereal.i really shouldnt do this.lol
