could u plz tell me wat r u takin at night...it is imp to have light food at night..some people just take water and fruits.....wat u take??

Int he philippines, rice is the major food and if you didnt eat rice you feel like there is emptiness in your stomach even if you eat all you want to eat. So at dinner, we have rice and pork or vegetables..The rice is the one on the table usually and every meal.
