I'm most concern about my figure these days. I still have this post maternity figure and weight and I'm too busy, can't find time going to the gym. Can anyone share to me some simple tips to flatten my tummy?

i have the post maternity figure as well. so i understand how you feel. I do yoga and pilates at home. and yogalates (which is a combo of both). Both these work on on the core muscles (abs) in our body.
i do this at home, w/ dvd's. I have differen't ones to mix it up, that way i don't get bored. But usually i stick w/ one for about a week then swap it over to a different one and the swap again.
On my lazy days i do basic pilates by mari winsor, which is only about 20-30 mins. i usually exercise about 5-6 times a week. i try to do it in the morning as that is when i feel more motivated. but if you stick out it you will notice differences. i've noticed that i don't have as much lower back pain. i'm also becoming a lot more flexible.
the reason i do yoga and pilates is that's it's gentle but it's still a hard work out, you just adapt it to what you are capable to do.

Stomach crunches my dear, the only permanent solution, 10 minutes every day.

We tend to eat a lot of fat, so aim to include some essential fatty acids in your daily diet and reduce your intake of saturated fats. Cook with vegetable oil instead of lard, butter or margarine, and use sparingly. Sesame seed oil is a good choice for stir-frying. Incorporating exercise into your weekly routine and giving your body time to recover from the daily stresses of modern living will increase the benefits of a healthy diet. Diet 'n exercise are the key word for perfect flatten tummy. Here are some tips :
Take the stairs or walk up escalators - an excellent exercise for toning up your legs and buttocks. Walk to the shops instead of driving and carry the shopping bags home to give your arms a good workout. Make sure you balance the bags between your two arms. Use weekends to get out and about. If you live in the city, explore the parks. Go walking with the family, the dog or both!
