Is there really an innocense

Quiet Innocense - I was a school one day playing with my new digital camera a few years ago and took this shot. I have kept it for years now and feel that it is something very unique more so than most of my other pictures.

Is there really an innocence that you can catch with the camera? Have you ever heard of the saying quiet innocence through a lense?

I didn't get really ideal pictures by myself, but I do have seen some extremely beautiful pictures of landscapes. What impressed photos they are! I hope I myself can catch them with camera.

Until now I hadn't heard of the saying: "Quiet innocence through a lens", however I think I know what they mean by the saying. I think it occurs when you take a picture that wasn't expected. For example, sneaking up on your children while they are playing and capturing a photo would be real as they wouldn't be posing, it's innocent because there is no fakeness about it. Too often you see pictures where people are putting on a show for the camera, personally I think that the best pictures are captured when they are unexpected.
